StarTax Forum

These terms currently govern StarTax Forum and apply to use of the forum at https://forum.startax.win, the ★TAX memecoin, and the dApp at https://startax.win. To use any of these services, you must accept the terms described here; otherwise, you must cease accessing or using any part of the StarTax project. These terms apply only to these services.

The StarTax project may offer additional components or features beyond those covered here, each subject to its own terms and conditions and a complementary DISCLAIMER. You must review both these Terms and Conditions and the DISCLAIMER published in the Whitepaper before using any service.

Important Terms

These terms include a number of important provisions that affect your rights and responsibilities, such as the disclaimers in Disclaimers, limits on StarTax Forum’s liability to you in Limits on Liability, your agreement to cover StarTax Forum for damages caused by your misuse of the forum in Your Responsibility, and provisions on dispute resolution in Disputes.

Your Permission to Use the Forum

Subject to these terms, StarTax Forum grants you permission to use the forum. Everyone must agree to these terms to use the forum.

Conditions for Use of the Forum

  1. You must be at least 18 years old.
  2. You may not use the forum if StarTax Forum directly informs you that you may not.
  3. You must use the forum in accordance with Acceptable Use and Content Standards.
  4. ★TAX is not a service of exchange, custody, or regulated investment; it is an experimental memecoin without any financial or custodial guarantees.
  5. ★TAX memecoin serves as a symbolic reward for StarTax Forum members at the discretion of the StarTax team—it may be increased, decreased, or discontinued at any time. No reward is guaranteed; it is simply a way to recognize and incentivize user participation and content creation within the community and forum.
  6. Any use of the StarTax project—whether via the main site (startax.win), memecoin ★TAX, the forum (forum.startax.win), or any subdomain—constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and a complete waiver of any and all disputes or claims you might bring against StarTax, its projects, or its development team, whether or not you have actual knowledge of these terms.

Acceptable Use

  1. You may not break the law using the forum.
  2. You may not use or try to use another’s account without their specific permission.
  3. You may not buy, sell, or trade usernames or other unique identifiers on the forum.
  4. You may not send advertisements, chain letters, or solicitations through the forum, or harvest personal data for commercial purposes.
  5. You may not automate access to or monitor the forum (except public‑search‑engine indexing).
  6. You may not use the forum to send email to distribution lists, newsgroups, or group aliases.
  7. You may not falsely imply affiliation with or endorsement by StarTax Forum.
  8. You may not hot‑link to images or other non‑hypertext content on the forum.
  9. You may not remove ownership marks from downloaded materials.
  10. You may not display any part of the forum on other sites using <iframe>.
  11. You may not disable, avoid, or bypass security or access restrictions.
  12. You may not overload the forum’s infrastructure with unreasonable requests.
  13. You may not impersonate others on the forum.
  14. You may not encourage or help anyone violate these terms.

Content Standards

  1. No illegal, offensive, or harmful content (harassment, abuse, hate speech).
  2. No content that violates laws, IP rights, privacy, or agreements.
  3. No malicious code such as viruses or spyware.
  4. No placeholder content to reserve addresses or identifiers.
  5. No disclosure of confidential or personal information you lack authority to share.

Enforcement

StarTax Forum may investigate and prosecute violations to the fullest extent of the law and cooperate with authorities. It may change, redact, or delete content for any reason. If you believe someone has violated these terms, please contact us immediately.

Your Account

You must create and log in to an account to access certain features. Provide a valid email address and keep it current. You can delete your account at preferences/account by clicking the red “Delete My Account” button at the bottom of that page.

You are responsible for all activity on your account until you close it or notify StarTax Forum of a breach. Choose a secure password and keep it confidential. StarTax Forum may restrict, suspend, or close your account if you violate these terms or upon valid copyright claims.

Your Content

These terms give StarTax Forum no ownership over your intellectual property, nor do you gain ownership of StarTax Forum’s IP. You remain solely responsible for your content and may not falsely suggest endorsement by StarTax Forum. By submitting content you grant StarTax Forum a license to copy, publish, and analyze it within the forum. The license ends once the last backup copy is deleted. Other licenses (e.g., Creative Commons) may persist. StarTax Forum is not liable for misuse of your content by others.

Your Responsibility

You agree to indemnify StarTax Forum against claims arising from violations of these terms by you or anyone using your account. Both parties will notify each other promptly of potential claims, and StarTax Forum will control the defense. StarTax Forum will not agree to settlements that impose obligations on you without your consent.

Disclaimers

You assume all risk in using the forum and its content. To the extent allowed by law, StarTax Forum and its suppliers provide the forum “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

The forum may link to third‑party services that are governed by separate terms, and StarTax Forum makes no warranty about them.

Limits on Liability

Neither StarTax Forum nor its suppliers will be liable for unforeseeable damages. The total liability to you for any claim related to the forum is limited to $1.

Feedback

StarTax Forum welcomes suggestions. You agree we may use your feedback freely without notice or compensation. Do not send confidential or proprietary ideas.

Termination

Either you or StarTax Forum may terminate this agreement at any time, which ends your right to use the forum. Sections on Your Content, Feedback, Your Responsibility, Disclaimers, Limits on Liability, and General Terms survive termination.

Disputes

The law of the government of Iceland governs any dispute related to these terms or your use of the forum—and indeed any aspect of the StarTax project. By any use of startax.win, ★TAX, forum.startax.win, or any subdomain, you irrevocably waive the right to bring any claim or dispute against StarTax or its development team. Should any claim nonetheless be filed, StarTax Forum (and its development team) shall be deemed the prevailing party, and you agree that StarTax may recover its attorneys’ fees and costs in full.

General Terms

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum necessary or removed. You may not assign this agreement; StarTax Forum may assign it to an affiliate, buyer, or successor. No waiver of any breach constitutes a waiver of any other breach. These terms represent the complete agreement between you and StarTax Forum regarding use of the forum.

Changes

StarTax Forum last updated these terms on 04/21/2025 and may update them again. Updates will be posted on the forum.

These terms and conditions may change substantially at any time without prior notice; please review them regularly. Continued active use of the forum—or any aspect of the StarTax or StarTax Forum project—constitutes full acceptance of the applicable terms and conditions at each moment, even if you are unaware of them. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY PART OF THE PROJECT.
